The mould cavities used in gypsum block production line are made by stainless steel and chrome plating and treated by polishing process, which has the surface finish quality of 0.1μm and the size accuracy of 0.05mm; the mixer used in gypsum block production is also made by stainless steel, with self-cleaning device, never stick materials; the space fixture uses the imported micro-cylinder as the driving force to avoid blocks being damaged; the drying kiln uses horizontal wind system which ensures a reasonable moisture migration to avoid surface over-burning; the finished products are packed by fully automatic packaging machine with a patented technology, which can pack many specifications, such as 2 x 2, 3 x 3 and etc. At present ,our company can design production lines with annual capacity of 100000 ,150 000, 200000, 300000, 500000 sqr meters ,and products type of length 666mm, width 500mm and thickness 80/100/120/150/180/200mm, and it can be solid block or hollow block.
